Meet Hayley
Hayley is a qualified Pilates Instructor with over 10 years of experience, having guided hundreds of women through movement that supports both body and mind. Her work is rooted in the belief that movement should feel nourishing, not punishing, a way to reconnect with the body rather than fight against it.
Following her own journey through postpartum depression and endometriosis, Hayley became deeply passionate about helping women move in a way that truly honours their bodies. This lived experience shapes everything she teaches, bringing compassion, understanding, and realism to her approach.
For the past two years, Hayley has been teaching online and building a supportive, like-minded community of women who are learning to work with their bodies, not against them. Phase by Hayley was born from a desire to create something she wished had existed during her own healing journey, a modern manual for feminine living, movement, and self-trust.
