Hayley is a qualified Pilates Instructor with over 10 years of experience helping women feel stronger, calmer and more connected to their bodies through supportive movement.

After navigating postpartum depression and endometriosis herself, she became passionate about creating a softer, more realistic approach to wellness - one designed to work with women’s changing energy, hormones and real lives.

Phase by Hayley was created to help women step away from all-or-nothing wellness and build routines that actually feel sustainable.
